Fashion SVP adds accessories to its trade event

Fashion SVP just announced that its adding fashion accessories to its next show, scheduled for this summer. On June 27-28, the European sourcing event will showcase various fashion goods as a new focus.

The new focus comes from buyer demand from European retailers and brands, according to the show organizer IDEX. “We’ll be offering a wonderful hand-picked selection of fashion accessories including bags, belts, shoes, neckwear and small leather goods”, said Fashion SVP show director Buzz Carter. He added, “This has been requested by our buyers and will be in addition to the high quality wovens, jerseywear, knitwear and denim collections, on show from more than 120 producers from 16 countries, in our largest and most innovative event yet.” Through these additions, the June show is already 30 percent larger than Fashion SVP’s previous show last year.

Established in 2012, the unique apparel sourcing event takes place every year in West London. Featuring apparel manufacturers from 16 countries, the trade event includes various fashion brands. Adding accessories to the show helps create an expanded category offering for buyers and retailers. For this year’s show, the trade event will these ‘fashion extras’ ranging from handbags, footwear, small leather goods, and more.
