Los Angeles - As the premier bridal trade show on the West Coast, The Knot returned to Los Angeles once again. Debuting its third annual Couture Los Angeles Bridal Market, the fashion trade event brought together collections and buyers in one place this weekend.

The couture show brought together more than 150 bridal collections. Over a thousand retail buyers on the West Coast attended the event in order to see what’s going on in the bridal marketplace. The show took place this past Sunday, August 28, and Monday, August 29 at the Magic Box at the Reef in Los Angeles. Over the duration of the trade event, there were several bridal brands that showed at the bridal market including Moonlight Bridal, Alfred Angelo, Essense of Australia, Venus and Watters, Allure Bridals, Sincerity Bridal by Justin Alexander, and more.

The purpose of the show was to bring together industry professionals of the fashion bridal market all in on area. Similarly to The Knot, a wedding resource that connects couples with wedding planning, the trade show of the same name is meant to help connect the fashion world in the same space. “Just as The Knot connects couples with local wedding professionals and services, we connect top bridal designers with retail buyers for a first look at the latest collections at Couture: Los Angeles Bridal Market,” said Jennifer Davidson, global fashion director of The Knot. This year's event brought together over 50 brands with wedding and bridal fashion professionals, connecting both couples and the industry.
