For the first time ever, Agenda is introducing a new day open to consumers for its trade show. Officially on July 15, Agenda will host a consumer day at the Long Beach Convention Center.

The new consumer day will have approximately 500 pop-up shops of skate, lifestyle, and surf brands. Including both established and emerging brands, like the usual Agenda show, the convention center will allow attendees to visit and connect with these labels. According to Apparel News, Agenda predicts that about 10,000 people will attend the consumer day show. These guests will be able to purchase merchandise as well as enjoy the perks of networking an industry insider event.

The consumer day will also have art installations and musical performances. The trade event will introduce a new platform in order to connect the consumer with the business side of fashion once again. “I believe as an industry we spend too much time talking to ourselves when the line is now blurred between brands, consumers, retailers, and media companies,” founder of Agenda Aaron Levant told Apparel News. With consumer day, guests will be able to get in on the action and experience the trade aspect of fashion.
