Fashion’s continuing its quest to go green. Altuzarra has reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability with its Re-Crafted Collection, a capsule made using fabrics from past seasons. These one-of-a-kind pieces are spun from upcycled silk fabrics that are then woven together.

Joseph Altuzarra, the brand’s namesake founder and creative director, began his commitment to sustainability last year when he collaborated with Etsy for a sustainable home decor collection. The tie-dye pillows featured in the collection were made using excess materials from Altuzarra’s past collections.

The new fashion collection includes tops, skirts, and a bag that range in price from 395 dollars to 895 dollars. As consumers demand more sustainability, brands are responding accordingly.

Altuzarra has only initiated plans for growing his business, even in the face of the pandemic. Last year, the company partnered with Amazon Luxury Stores to further their e-commerce growth.
