American Eagle Outfitters, Birkenstock, Eileen Fisher honored at American Image Awards

The American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) has announced the winners of its 2019 American Image Awards, whose ceremony will be held in New York on April 15. Birkenstock, the German company best known for its cork sandals, won “Company of the Year”, while American Eagle Outfitters will take home the prize of “Retailer of the Year”. The event will also honor Eileen Fisher as Designer of the Year and Disney’s collection with Ruthie Davis has been chosen as the best fashion collaboration.
