Lifestyle brand Ban.do just recently announced a new partnership with jewelry brand Iconery. The Los Angeles-based label has tapped the specialty accessories brand in order to present a fresh collaboration.

The new collab consists of two necklaces that have a deeper meaning through their design. The two pieces have the words "Anxiety" and "Depression" written in script to bring awareness to mental health, according to WWD. Jen Gotch, founder and chief executive officer, facilitated this partnership with Iconery as a passion project due to her struggles with mental health. Her goal with the collection is to make it easier for those affected to ask for help, as reported by HelloGiggles.com. "One thing we can all do is work to remove the stigmas associated with mental illness," Gotch told the publication. "These necklaces are a step in doing that and I hope they can also serve as a conversation starter for people to be more open about what’s going on in their minds."

The pieces retail for about 48 dollars each in order to create a happy medium between both brand's regular price points. Due to Gotch's personal investment with the necklaces and their message, it seems that the price point was also chosen to make the line accessible for customers. Proceeds will also be going to the non-profit Bring Change to Mind, as reported by WWD. The two necklaces are available now through the Ban.do website, although currently the two styles are already sold out. The company has yet to release a statement on when it will be in stock again.
