Bear-Themed Moschino collection comes to Los Angeles

Known for his bear-themed Moschino capsule collection, local designer Jeremy Scott has created quite a buzz for Los Angeles County. Moschino’s best designer pieces are officially available at two Nordstroms near the SoCal area: the Americana at Brand in Glendale and the Grove in Los Angeles.

In the two high-profile shopping locations, Scott’s iconic bear designs range from iPhone cases and accessories to ready-to-wear fashion. Because of Scott’s tie with his hometown, he brought his bear capsule straight off the runway to Los Angeles. Scott’s innovative styles in his previous work with Barbie and McDonald’s first showcased his ingenious designer mind.

This time around, Scott played freely with the mascot in order to create an unforgettable style. The bear-adorned Moschino fashion includes prints, knitwear, and several t-shirts. The shirts express eponymous themes as well as diversified graphic designs. Because of the different pieces available, the prices for the inventive collection range anywhere from 75 to 1,495 dollars.

Harvey Nichols and Nordstrom stores get exclusive Moschino products

Along with Los Angeles, certain stores in the United Kingdom also have the luxury of exclusive Moschino merchandise as well. Harvey Nichols, an internationally renowned premium fashion store, also will be carrying the brand. “There is a strong demand for his quirky trend driven pieces and we are delighted to be launching the Moschino capsule at Harvey Nichols,” stated Anita Barr, Group Fashion Buying Director of Harvey Nichols.

The Moschino bear collection has gained recognition from displaying its Fall/Winter 2015 collection in recent fashion shows, making the demand for these items increasingly higher. The Harvey Nichols stores had one of their pieces from the last Moschino collection sell out in 96 hours. Considering the popularity of the given product, it is not unlikely that the Nordstrom stores may see a similar fate.
