Chip Foster, one half of denim brand Chip & Pepper, is launching a basics apparel brand called Lake of The Woods Club. Featuring T-shirts, long-sleeves and hoodies, the brand is 100 percent made in LA, the place where Foster was born, with cotton from the United States.

"Creating a brand that meant something to me personally became most important. The brand represents my youth and the manufacturing is done in LA, my home - the best in the world when it comes to apparel production," stated Foster in a press release. "With this collection, I'm striving to connect with people on a level beyond what most apparel brands achieve: A meaningful relationship where loyalty is everything".

The first collection, ranging in price from 42 US dollars to 144 US dollars, is only available online, at lakeofthewoodsclub.com.

Foster founded the premium denim label Chip & Pepper Jeans in 1987 alongside his twin brother Pepper, with whom he had a cartoon show on Canadian TV. Since then, the brand has been worn by celebrities such as Beyoncé, Heidi Klum and Matthew McConaughey.
