Wardrobe, a five-month-old marketplace for clothing rentals, has partnered with New York's Gregory Hotel to deliver rented items to guests during their stay.

The marketplace is a peer-to-peer rental service, meaning that users of the app-based platform either lend to or rent from other users. Wardrobe has partnerships with 12 environmentally-friendly dry cleaning services in New York City that function as Wardrobe Hubs, where users pick up or drop off rented clothing.

Users renting through the Gregory Hotel will have their items delivered directly to their hotel rooms and can leave the items in the room to be collected after their stay.

“As a sustainably minded hotel, this partnership with Wardrobe was an exciting opportunity to be a first mover in the industry and offer our guests an unforgettable experience during their stay," the hotel's general manager Yaniv Packin told WWD.

All items rented through Wardrobe are guaranteed clean, and the service facilitates all clothing exchanges.
