Amy Schumer is joining the fashion industry. The comedian and actress has partnered with celebrity stylist and costume designer Leesa Evans to create Le Cloud, a size-inclusive ready-to-wear line for Saks Off Fifth.

Like Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Off Fifth is part of the Hudson's Bay Company brand portfolio. It brings together international luxury and top designer brands at an outlet value, sold within its 133 stores and e-commerce site.

Saks Off Fifth recognizes that shoppers throughout the industry are looking for a more inclusive offering of sizes and styles. Its retail partnership with Le Cloud is the first of its kind, the retailer's chief merchant Tom Ott mentioned in a statement. He added, "We're really proud of how the collection has come to life and are excited to introduce it with our customers."

Le Cloud focuses on wardrobe essentials for women of all shapes and sizes. The idea for the line came about from a comment Schumer made about how she wanted everything she wears to feel like a cloud. Evans brought her experience as a stylist to the line, bringing the idea to a reality. The line embodies comfort with washable, soft fabrics and looks to contemporary, everyday trends.

"When designing Le Cloud we approached each style with the goal of creating shapes that make women feel good about themselves, so their unique personalities can shine through," Evans said in a statement. "When you find those silhouettes, they become your daily uniform. It's both an emotional and positive connection to clothing that we're trying to create through our brand."

The Le Cloud line includes sizes from 0 to 20 and is comprised of tops, pants, skirts, a jumpsuit, and outerwear, in a palette of navy, camel, hunter and black. The price per item ranges from 38 to 248 dollars, with the intention of the separates being mixed and matched by their wearers for a flattering fit that allows comfort and style.

Schumer and Evans have actually collaborated before. The duo founded STYLEFUND in 2016, aiming to promote confidence and well-being for women of all backgrounds.

Thirty percent of net proceeds from Le Cloud will be donated to STYLEFUND, aiming to help women achieve success. The not-for-profit will use the donations to host styling and training events intended to empower women.

Schumer and Evans founded the organization after the two first worked together to create Schumer's wardrobe for her first film, Trainwreck. Evans' expertise in helping women dress for their proportions helped resolve Schumer's long-time dissatisfaction with her personal styling. The pair decided to spread this know-how to women everywhere.

"My instinct is to be authentic and to empower women of all ages and sizes to do the same," Schumer said. "We are making beautiful, comfortable, and wearable clothing that is accessible to real women. A Le Cloud customer will feel confident and powerful when wearing these pieces."
