Draper James and Helen Jon launch swim collection

Draper James has unveiled its first-ever swim collection with Helen Jon. The first delivery of the Draper James x Helen Jon collection consists of 20 designs, including swimwear, rash guards, cover-ups, and beachside dresses. The collection, which will expand throughout the year, is a union between the modern style of Draper James and the classic design and supportive fit of Helen Jon.

In a statement, Reese Witherspoon, founder and creative director of Draper James, said, “Our [Draper James] customer has consistently asked for swimwear. We are thrilled to offer this staple for her with Helen Jon, a brand known for its excellent quality and fit. I can’t wait to see our customers wearing the pieces.”

"We are thrilled to partner with Draper James,” said Gwyn Prentice, co-founder of Helen Jon, in a statement. “The brand Reese Witherspoon has created is aligned with our priorities - creating high quality products that fit a woman's body beautifully and have those special details that set it apart.”

According to a report by Statista, revenue in the swimwear market in the United States amounted to 13.4 million dollars in 2019, that number is expected to increase by 3.6 percent between 2019 and 2021. As swimwear continues to be a growing category, brand's aren't trying to miss out on their slice of the marketshare.
