Fun Socks debuts as a new label with bi-costal retail locations

United Legwear & Apparel Co. just unveiled a new line for footwear fashion. The New York-based label recently launched a collection including both menswear and womenswear called Fun Socks.

The company is known for manufacturing, marketing, distributing and designing apparel for various elite brands. United Legwear & Apparel currently have Puma and Skechers under their portfolio as a few notable labels. The new line, Fun Socks, will be available at over 90 points of global distribution and through its online website. The label also just opened two experiential retail stores today, May 10, debuting in SoHo and Venice.

"Socks are an essential in everyone's wardrobe but they don't have to be boring," Isaac E. Ash, founder and chief executive officer of ULAC. "At a moment in time when life can feel serious and impersonal, Fun Socks encourages customers to find moments of playfulness. Whether shoppers are in one of our new stores, on our website or following us on Instagram, every interaction with Fun Socks should spark joy and give everyone permission to have their own fun."

The SoHo store bows at 125 square feet located on West Broadway. The Venice store will act more as a "Fun House" boasting at 600 square feet with a mural wall that will change seasonally, according to a press release from the company. "As the world changes and consumers' habits evolve, so must brands and retail," Ash said in a statement.
