Happy Socks is switching it up for pride month this year. The brand, known for its colorful and whimsical campaigns, has switched from doing its rainbow filled, large scale campaign for pride month to donating their entire campaign budget to InterPride, an organization promoting LGBT, queer, and intersex Pride.

In addition to the brand donation, Happy Socks has also launched a new Pride collection, featuring four rainbow-colored styles available in adults and kids’ sizes as both single pairs and as gift box sets. 10 percent of all year round profits from the Pride collection will also be donated to InterPride.

“We are extremely grateful to Happy Socks,” said Julian Sanjivan, one of the co-presidents of InterPride, in a statement. “Funding like this allows InterPride to expand its educational programming, advocacy work, and be able to financially support much-needed work around the globe for the LGBTQI+ community.”

InterPride hosts annual regional and international conferences that provide education and networking opportunities to members. They help member organizations attend those events by providing scholarships. Their programs tackle a wide variety of issues including racism, oppression, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and sex characteristics.

The Happy Socks Pride collection is now available on happysocks.com, in Happy Socks stores, and at select retailers. Happy Socks is hoping this year their Pride efforts will have more of a direct impact through these donations.
