Hollister Co. recently just announced a new collaboration involving philanthropic efforts. The Southern California-based brand has partnered with non-profit Operation Warm in order to provide warm winter clothing for children in need.

The partnership will provide brand new winter coats to children around the holidays in an effort to help those in need. During the months of October, November, and December of last year, the organization teamed with the lifestyle apparel brand to raise funds for winter coats for kids. Together, the two raised almost 28,000 jackets with the project. Through their partnership, which was established originally in 2015, Hollister and Operation Warm have helped over 70,000 children in the U.S.

"We are proud of the great work Operation Warm continues to do for communities in need. They have touched so many children's lives with the gift of a new coat, and we are honored to partner with them on those efforts," Kristin Scott, Brand President of Hollister, said in a press release. "Since we began our partnership, we have helped provide a warm coat to more than 70,000 children and we look forward to helping in the years to come."
