The contemporary Italian outerwear brand Bacon has joined forces with Saks Fifth Avenue for a special release.

Known for its Puffa style jackets, Bacon has become a go-to brand for high profile fashion stars like Gigi Hadid. Now the label is set to releasing two exclusive new versions of the item through the luxury department store. The piece will be available in red, blue and yellow and feature collar and tie detail.

Additions versions (and colorways) of the jacket, which retails for 615 dollars, will be added the capsule early next year.

“We want to shift the customers’ perspective on down jackets and we are really focused on trying to evolve the silhouettes,” Bacon founder and CEO Andrea Pilato Barrara tells Women’s Wear Daily. “After a few seasons of oversized shapes, we’re gently shifting toward more refined styles, without giving up our rock soul.”

Barrara continued, “I think it’s not just about today’s zeitgeist, puffer jackets are here to stay, on and off the runways — as it already happened with denim and leather pieces which have now become wardrobe staples.”

The items are currently available online and in Saks department stores.
