Levi’s recently just opened up a new online experience for customers to have a better insight on their denim manufacturing. Launching the Eureka Innovation Lab 360° Experience, the classic denim brand allows for consumers to have a virtual tour of their San Francisco lab.

Originally established four years ago, the lab serves as a design and development space for Levi’s. The center is dedicated to research and innovative techniques when it comes to Levi’s products. Through the virtual tour, customers can see the denim’s sewing applications, washes, tailoring, and more about Levi’s processes. The tour also highlights individual stories of people behind the brand, allowing people to see the creative minds working at the company. Overall, the lab will serve mostly as a way for innovating new denim techniques and designs, which can be seen transparently now through the virtual immersive experience.

To experience the tour, Levi’s has allowed customers to access Eureka through their website. Reflective of its name, the tour lets people see a 360° view of the lab as well as peruse upcoming collections. While customers are viewing the lab, they are also able to shop simultaneously. Bringing this new virtual experience is one way Levi’s has revamp its customer experience in an expanding digital age.
