Lily Ashwell just announced she will be moving into digital territory. The Los Angeles-based designer is transitioning its womenswear clothing onto a new platform.

The designer launched her eponymous collection in 2012 including vintage dresses as well as workwear for the modern woman. She started to introduce bridalwear approximately a year ago. The Bespoke Wedding collection was only available through her retail store before, but now Ashwell has decided to bring her bridal gowns to her e-commerce site. Choosing to bring the collection online was due to a demand in the wedding market, as reported by WWD. Because of this void that Ashwell saw, her bridal collection is now available through lilyashwell.com alongside her other womenswear options.

The collection includes five various dresses including vintage, chic styles. Her wedding collection also includes a multitude of shades to choose from for the dresses and range in price from 385 to 550 dollars. The dresses are made completely from silk and are locally made in L.A. Expanding this part of her business may also be a reaction to the decline of in-person shopping. Bringing all of her merchandise digital could be a step to combat this current trend.
