MR by Man Repeller available on Net-A-Porter

The newest launch of comical fashion blog Man Repeller’s shoes has arrived. Landing on Net-A-Porter, founder Leandra Medine has dropped MR by Man Repeller including several different shoe styles.

The launch started about a year ago when Six London asking Medine if she would be interested in making shoes under her own name. The collection was then designed by Medine revisiting some of her favorite shoes of all time for inspiration. “[Shoes] have always been my favorite element of the fashion experience,” she commented on ManRepeller.com. “They retain an incredible escapist quality,” she states. Currently, her collection is available through Net-A-Porter.

The shoe launch includes seven different shoes that retail from 350 to 795 dollars. The collection consists of satirical names including “The Morning After embossed velvet flats,” “Lol If You Think I’m Walking embellished velvet platform sandals,” “I’m Here To Party metallic leather-trimmed embossed velvet boots,” and “The Alternative to Bare Feet metallic leather loafers.” The nonsensical names reflect Man Repeller’s writing style and whimsical approach to fashion while still providing high-quality, luxury shoes.
