Las Vegas - Fashion mogul Rachel Zoe and husband Rodger Berman just confirmed that they will be dual-hosting an annual event for fashion in Las Vegas. Backed by the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF) the event will place at The Venetian and The Palazzo including fashion shows and retail opportunities.

The fashion event will take place September 19 and 20 in Las Vegas and will host a myriad of retailers. The event will include Michael Kors, DVF, Tory Burch, Robert Graham, Ted Baker London, TopShop, and more to help participating in the awareness and fashion-infused event. Most of the participating retailers will also donate a percentage of their sales to OCRF. In addition to the retail opportunities, there will be a fashion show that will feature Saks Fifth Avenue. Stylist Rachel Zoe will also be at the event as a host as well as to meet attendees and sign copies of her newest book Living in Style. The overall idea of the event is to bring together locals for a great cause as well as help fund OCRF. “[The] support of OCRF’s research programs [from participants] will further propel us in our fight to find a cure for ovarian cancer,” said Audra Moran, president and chief executive officer of OCRF.

In choosing Las Vegas, the decision was due to fact that the location has become somewhat of a fashion haven for designers. Las Vegas is infamous for its tradeshow Magic that takes place twice a year. “Vegas is the ultimate fashion destination,” said Janet LaFevre, senior marketing manager of the Grand Canal Shoppes and Fashion Show. “It’s the only place in the world where you can shop every top designer and brand in one central location,” said LaFevre. This will be the event’s first-ever Vegas location.
