American footwear brand Ranch Road Boots has joined the ranks of fashion brands doing their part for COVID-19 relief. According to an announcement from the brand, Ranch Road Boots will be donating 5 percent of the sales from its Spring 2020 collection to Doctor Without Borders throughout the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic to support those combating the coronavirus.
This isn’t the first time the brand—which creates footwear for men and women—has opted to give back. The Texas-based company’s founder, Sarah Ford, has made giving back one of the tentpoles of the brand. As a veteran, Ford has committed the label to donate proceeds from sales to the Injured Marines Semper Fi Fund, while the brand also creates custom styles for amputees.
“As a former Marine, I appreciate Doctors Without Borders’ willingness to serve those in need in conflict zones—and during these times, medical caregivers are some of the bravest people on earth right now,” Ford shared in an email to FashionUnited.
The collection—which ranges from 360 USD to 498 USD—is available now on Ranch Road Boots’ online retail store.
