Rebecca de Ravenel to introduce handbags

Rebecca de Ravenel recently just decided to expand her accessories line. Delving into handbags, the designer will launch her new collection next Tuesday, February 14.

Up until this point, the Los Angeles-based designers eponymous brand has focused primarily on urban accessories. Her jewelry line has become renown for her unique aesthetic, especially her Les Bonbon earrings. As a local designer, her earrings range in price approximately from 275 to 1,195 dollars. Unveiling a new line of handbags, the designer is introducing a cylindrical bucket entitled the “Loulou Basket” priced at 1,195 dollars. There will also be various styles including a wide range of colors, according to WWD. “I’ve been collecting bags my whole life,” de Ravenel told the publication. “The bag is an obvious choice for me.”

The styles will launch officially next week and will be available February 16. The handbags will be available on Moda Operandi. As her accessories have done well globally, adding to her range of goods could be a positive step for the brand.
