Reef and Lee collaborate for capsule collection

Not many people would imagine a surf wear company and a denim company collaborating, but, that's what has happened with the new Reef and Lee collaboration. Reef, the surf wear brand known for their quality patterned board shorts, and Lee, the company known for their affordable denim offerings sold in department stores like J.C. Penney, will be coming out with a men's capsule collection called Reef X H.D. Lee Shelter Supply Collection. The limited-edition line will be available come October.

The line will be a fusion of Reef's surf aesthetic and Lee's traditional American heritage. It sounds like the perfect line for the all American surfer boy. The collection will be made in the U.S.A., and will actually be targeted at a higher end consumer. Prices will range from 72 dollars to 220 dollars.

The collection won't be all denim either. It will also include henleys, a workshirt, a shawl-collar fleece sweater, and a shelter bag. It's a collection that is all about the utilitarian, but, is still very much fashionable. The offerings will make an excellent addition to that fall wardrobe come October.
