It was a collection that would have made the couturiers who dressed the Hollywood starlets of the 1960s jealous, but was still contemporary and relevant. Rubin Singer truly shined at his presentation, which centered around the theme "Homomorphism" — that any given formula ends up in the same place no matter how many times you change it. This unique theme helped guide him towards principals of feminine design that resulted in exceptionally unique pieces.

Undertones of the 60s and 70s are ever present throughout the collection, particularly in the couture level constructed evening gowns. Some of the greatest highlights included a pearl and paillette embroidered top with a black and white bonded velvet duchess satin skirt, a chartreuse paneled caped silk crepe gown with shattered glass embroidery, and an emerald and teal embossed organdy strapless gown. What was most impressive about Singer's collection was that he was able to create such expensive looking silhouettes without crossing the line of being overly tailored or creating dresses that looked like it would be impossible for a woman to breathe in.

His craftsmanship as a designer was not only present in his flawless gowns, but was also apparent with garments like a metallic hexagon jacquard blouse, a bonded velvet duchess satin jacket, and a teal cashmere coat trimmed in astrakhan. Singer's eye for those luxurious details is one of the most signature things that helps set him apart as a designer. His silhouettes always dominate the season, and this collection continued that trend.
