Sanuk moves into apparel for SS18 collection

Accessories and shoewear brand Sanuk may be moving in a different direction this year. The label just announced plans to release new beach-inspired apparel.

The California-based brand introduced its first line of apparel in Long Beach at the Agenda trade fair. The label is set to debut its apparel line for Spring/Summer 2018. The collection comprises of shirts, headwear, and fleece, according to Apparel News.​ Made from a sustainable fabric, the new collection aims to be eco-friendly as well as comfortable. The clothing also will have a surfer vibe including various styles such as aloha shirts and more.

The new line came from the brand's customers' demands. The brand's loyal customers have advocated for Sanuk to delve into clothing, as reported by Apparel News. This new foray will include a new take on crew-neck tees, sweaters, and Hawaiian shirts. Ranging from approximately 20-80 dollars, the line will be available through the brand's website.

Sanuk
