Sies Marjan planning to show men's in Paris

Sies Marjan has seen growing popularity here stateside, but now the brand's designer, Sander Lak, is taking his talents across the pond to Paris. The brand will be hosting its first men's only show in Paris this June during Paris Fashion Week Men's. The news was reported by WWD.
The company is expect to make an official announcement early next week. Previously, Sies Marjan held a co-ed runway show during New York Fashion Week, but as the brand is taking more of a focus on its menswear, they are opting for a men's only show.
Sies Marjan launched in 2016 as a womenswear line, and added men's just last fall in 2018. Prior to starting his own line, Lak worked at Dries Van Noten. His resume also includes stints at Balmain and Phillip Lim.photo: via siesmarjan.com
