Los Angeles - SportyHenri, menswear-focused brand, is launching its e-commerce site this year. Starting in April, the e-tailer will offer sportswear brands for men’s clothing, shoes, and more.

The e-tailer comes from Henri Tai, former professional handball player. The idea of the website is to create a space that is sportswear-focused in a sophisticated way. “We’re looking to show that people can practice sport while being elegant,” Tai told WWD of the collection. The collection will carry over 35 sports-focused brands. Tai hand-picked the brands, including iconic labels such as Adidas, Pumas, Lacoste, and more. The launch will first start in Europe and slowly move into the U.K., Germany, France, and eventually internationally in the fall including the U.S.

The main focus of the website will be its dedication to both sport and style. Incorporating classic elements as well as sports-infused clothing is what SportyHenri aims to be. In addition to high-performing brands, Tai will also including emerging brands such as Ashmei and Civissum, according to WWD. The site will also categorize itself by sports in over 10 different categories. These categories include running, soccer, and more. The e-commerce site is set to launch April 2016.
