Los Angeles - Introducing a new clothing line to Los Angeles, Sun Child has arrived in full form. The line launched recently online as well as in select boutiques.
The clothing line was created by Elissa Kravetz, who worked previously in fashion as a designer. Her experience also spans from the retail and wholesale side. As a new venture, Kravetz created Sun Child apparel as a contemporary line. Each piece is made from recycled and handmade materials, making each clothing item unique and one of a kind. The line recently launched online at elissa-kravetz.squarespace.com. With the new launch, currently the brand’s website still says “Coming soon!” in the shopping section, although the rest of the website is up and running. As reported by WWD, the apparel line is also available at specialty boutique Roseark as well as in Kathy Rose’s wholesale showroom. The pieces range from 375 to 525 in price and are available also at boutiques Inland Venice and In Heroes We Trust.
The brand originally was created in September 2015 by Kravetz. She began her work in fashion as a publicist and eventually traveled to various parts of the world. Her travels in Asia led her to seek magical healing silks that then became a staple part of the Sun Child clothing line. Most of the pieces for Sun Child reflect an empowering vibe for women. Ranging from colorful, vibrant print dresses with eclectic patterns, Sun Child shows off a fun, passionate side of fashion.
