Sun & Cobalt team with Sunkissed Steph

San Francisco-based start-up Sun & Cobalt recently just teamed with fashion blogger Sunkissed Steph for a new capsule collection. This is part of the brand’s DNA, as every month Sun & Cobalt will release a new collection with a new blogger. The new collection debuted recently and is available currently for pre-orders.

Jasmine Yang, chief executive officer and founder of the brand started the collection as a featured project. The concept athleisure company is mean to release limited edition, month collections centered around this genre of apparel. “Each collection features minimalist and sophisticated designs, while tying in the style of our featured blogger,” Yang told FashionUnited. This month, Sun & Cobalt highlighted Stephanie Nguyen of Sunkissed Steph. She is known for a neutral color palette as well as clean and chic silhouettes in her style. In teaming with Sun & Cobalt, her aesthetic and personal style was put into play for the capsule collection. The collection ranges in price with a moto jacket priced at 160 dollars, ribbed pants at 65 dollars, and a sports bra with a one-sided slit for 55 dollars.

In addition to the collections, the brand releases fitness and lifestyle content weekly as well. Empowering women is at the hub of Sun & Cobalt’s core message. Every month, the collection also sends a portion of the profits to a different cause as well. Launched last year in San Francisco, the brand is still building itself in the athleisure market. Doing featured projects like these is a way that the brand has shown its diversity in the industry.
