With the eighth (8th) year event, The Tampa Bay Fashion Week is shaking things up for 2015!

The organizers have decided to get down to the basics. In order for the fashion designer community to grow in the region, the designers need to be able to sustain themselves and make a living at the craft that they share with us all.

So instead of having a large runway show as in the past, the event is going to be in a pop-up boutique at International Plaza and Bay Street, where designers will have trunk shows/fashion presentations from Sept. 16-19.

Visitors are able to shop their favorite, local Tampa Bay Fashion Week designer, place orders, and meet the designer behind the collection one-on-one.

While there is no main runway show this year, there is still the opportunity to view the collections in a unique, shopping experience.

The boutique will be called, PURE Haus at Tampa Bay Fashion Week.

This is an exciting experiment for the Tampa Bay Fashion Week. The organizers hope that visitors will embrace and support this year's change, come and see the designer collections, and shop in this Tampa Bay Fashion Week first-time, one-of-a-kind, Pop-Up Retail Experience (PURE).

There are also several other events on the week's calendar including the Model Behavior after-party, Swanky Soiree, Kid Couture and more. Click here to view the schedule of events and designer trunk show times.
