Tasya van Ree releases collaboration with Stetson

Los Angeles – Artist Tasya van Ree recently debuted a collaboration with Stetson for a new design. This week, the artist debuted her own take on the vintage label’s iconic hats.

Van Ree’s design includes a wide brim and high crown, making it a chic, bold statement. “It was designed after the vintage Stetson that I own, but I wanted to make it a little bit more [dramatic],” Van Ree told Vogue in an interview. Her design was meant to reflect a bit of the brand’s style with her own. As a fan of Stetson hats herself, her design was meant to stay aligned with the label. Izumi Kajimoto, chief executive officer for Stetson, said that Van Ree is an “ideal collaborator” for the brand due to her strong, captivating style. The modern, minimal-styled hat is available in three different colors: black, bone, and graphite. The hat is intricate in its design with a small ribbon and bow around the frame. The Van Ree hat retails for 250 dollars. The collaboration is available through the Stetson website.
