Trunk Club recruiting for 175 new, full-time positions

Interested in working in fashion? Nordstrom’s personal styling service Trunk Club has announced plans to add 175 full-time positions to the company’s customer service and styling teams, which are located in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York and Washington DC.

“We’re excited to be adding new individuals to our Trunk Club team. We're seeing an influx of consumers interested in the Trunk Club offer, which has fueled the consistent growth of our business”, said the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Linda Bartman, in a statement. "All of these new positions will work directly with our customers, so we're looking for people who have a passion for customer service and a desire to help people look and feel confident in the clothes they wear each day."

The company said candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds are welcome to apply, provided they have up to two years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service. Once hired, they will go through a training program. More information about the vacancies is available on Trunk Club’s career page, trunkclub.com/careers.

Founded in 2009, Trunk Club is a subsidiary of Nordstrom offering both virtual and in-person styling services. Shoppers can head to one of the company’s “Clubhouses” located in the aforementioned cities, or request a curated selection of clothing to be sent to their home, via Trunk Club’s website.
