Asia’s leading clothing retailer has joined forces with Blanc & Eclare by Jessica Jung for a limited edition collection sold exclusively through Zalora.

The items will be available through the brand’s official website and mobile app across Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Macau.

The collaboration marks the Southeast Asian outlet’s first collaboration with the singer, actress and model. The line also offers the first bad to be released by the label, which was founded by the Korean American Jung in 2014.

Named Poppy, the leather purse is offered in six different colors - meant to evoke the look of poppy flower fields - like white, pink and lilac. The piece also features an adjustable strap allowing it to be worn as either a hand bag or a cross body bag.

“We are thrilled to work with Jessica Jung for this exclusive bag collection,” Saskia De Jongh, Zalora Group’s Chief Commercial Officer said in a statement. “As one of the region’s most fashionable and successful multi-hyphenated celebrities, Jessica’s style is admired across the world, and ZALORA is proud to give fashion consumers in the region a piece of Jessica’s most coveted fashion must-haves.”

Jung also expressed her excitement over the venture and noted the role social media has played in the development of her company.

“I’ve always believed in the power of social media and technology to bring fashion closer to everyone,” Jung shared. “Zalora has transformed how people shop fashion in their part of the world, and we at Blanc & Eclare are fortunate to have the opportunity to reach consumers and fans across the region and offer them a beautiful and practical bag collection through our partnership with Zalora. I am excited to share a piece of my design with more people and give them a desirable bag that will be accessible to everyone.”

The collection is set to be unveiled on October 26.
