International footwear company Aerosoles recently just announced a new executive staff change. On April 4, the company just appointed their new chief executive officer as Denise Incandela effective immediately.

In the new role, Incandela succeeds former President R. Shawn Neville. He will assume the rule of Executive Chairman of the Board, as Incandela takes over as the chief executive officer. Appointed also to the company’s board of directors, she will be taking over more executive tasks at Aerosoles. Her past experience in retail including work at Saks Fifth Avenue, Ralph Lauren, and other retailers have given her a tremendous skillset to prepare her for this role. "Denise has an outstanding track record of success in Senior Executive positions with premier fashion companies and brands in both retail and ecommerce," Neville said in a statement.

Starting this month off as the new head executive, Incandela will work to help improve the Aerosoles brand. "I am excited to leverage my branding, merchandising, retail, and ecommerce experience to lead Aerosoles into its next phase of growth,” she said in a statement. In the future, her plans include “[executing] a strategic plan that will put [Aerosoles] on a path to healthy, sustainable sales and profitable growth."
