Two Asos executives are reportedly stepping down from their respective positions as the British e-tailer continues to execute a long-standing turnaround strategy.

According to Drapers, executive vice president of customer and commercial Ben Blake and executive vice president of technology Przemek Czarnecki will exit the company from August 31, 2026.

The news was confirmed to the media outlet by Asos, which said: “The team changes do not impact on Asos’ overall direction. Our priorities remain unchanged, with a clear focus on accelerating execution, driving growth and delivering for customers.”

While the search for successors of both roles is ongoing, chief financial officer Aaron Izzard will oversee Blake’s responsibilities and EVP of people, communications and strategy Rad Vaghjiani will take up Czarnecki’s.

The executives’ times at the company were short-lived, both having arrived last year: Blake in September and Czarnecki in February. Their departures comes as Asos moves into a new phase of its transformation focusing on growth, it told Drapers.
