Luxury conglomerate company Kering has named Beatrice Lazat their new human resources director. Lazat will begin in her new role next week, March 3.
She is replacing Belen Essioux-Trujillo, who will be leaving to pursue other projects according to the company. Lazat arrives as Kering after working at L'Oreal, where she recently served as Asia-Pacific region. At Kering, she will be reporting to Jean-Francois Palus, the company's managing director.
In addition, Lazat will be joining the group's executive committee.
In a statement, the company said "Her mission will be to continue to adapt Kering’s human resources policy to the group’s new strategic issues. Within her new role, she will capitalize on her dual expertise in marketing and human resources, as well as her experience of diverse cultural environments, all of which will be beneficial both for Kering in operational terms and for Kering teams, in terms of career development.”
