Kenneth Cole names new CEO

Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc., has named PVH Corp executive Marc Schneider as its new chief executive officer, effectively immediately.

Schneider who was most recently group president of the Heritage Brands at PVH Corp will be responsible for the Company's retail, outlet, e-commerce, international, licensing and wholesale businesses. He will report into Kenneth Cole, will continue as executive chairman and chief creative officer.

"Over the last year we have been working on transformative initiatives to better position the company for future global growth,” said Cole. "Marc's vast background and success in all facets of the apparel, footwear and accessories businesses will be instrumental in navigating this journey, and I'm thrilled to welcome and partner with him as our new CEO."

Schneider has more than 30 years of experience in building brands and global businesses, he has held various positions at PVH, Timberland and Macy’s.
