US retail company Kohl’s has appointed Arianne Parisi as its new chief customer officer. In the newly created role, Parisi will report to chief executive officer Michael J. Bender.
Parisi will oversee the omnichannel customer experience across marketing, brand and creative, loyalty, personalisation, media, and digital commerce. Her responsibilities include managing Kohls.com and the Kohl's App. The strategic focus will centre on strengthening the customer lifecycle and connecting the brand promise directly to discovery, shopping, engagement, and returns.
Parisi has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. She has served as chief digital officer at Kohl’s since 2025. Prior to joining the company, Parisi worked as global chief digital officer at JD Sports Fashion, a UK-based global omnichannel retailer. She also held digital leadership positions at The Finish Line and Nordstrom, as well as merchandising roles at The Sports Authority.
“Bringing marketing and digital together under one leader will help foster a greater focus on the full customer lifecycle and how Kohl's shows up across customer touchpoints,” said Bender.
As part of the leadership transition, Kohl’s chief marketing officer Christie Raymond will leave the business in September after nine years with the company.
