L'Agence appoints Jeffrey Rudes as CEO

Los Angeles-based label L'Agence just announced a new chief executive officer. The sophisticated label appointed co-founder Jeffrey Rudes to take over the head role, effective Friday, August 25.

As CEO, Rudes will focus on growing the label into different avenues. He aims to bring L'Agence to new levels by expanding the product offering. Currently, the label retails contemporary ready-to-wear apparel for women including accessories, leather goods, and shoes. Rudes will work with president of L'Agence Albert Schami in order to create a more multichannel, well-rounded label.

Rudes helped ultimately finance the label in its origins. Previously, Rudes also help co-found J Brand denim where he worked with Schami as well. Moving forward with the California-based brand, the duo will be working to bring L'Agence to another level and potential lead the contemporary market.
