Dallas-based menswear brand Mizzen + Main has announced that Chris Phillips, the head of men’s and children’s wear at Stitch Fix, a subscription-based personal styling service, to serve as its new CEO. Phillips will be replacing Mizzen + Main’s founder and current CEO, who will be leaving the brand to The Seminar Network, according to CNBC.

Though Lavelle will no longer be CEO, he plans to continue his involvement with the company as both a chairman and an investor. Phillips will officially take the reins of Mizzen + Main beginning May. Before his time at Stitch Fix, Phillips worked was at Gap as the vice president of merchandising for men’s and children’s at Old Navy.

Mizzen + Main began in 2012 as a company making shirts that feature performance fabrics that wick away moisture and have wrinkle-free properties. Since then, the brand has expanded into more categories, with bottoms to be available by the end of the year.
