Poshmark, the leading fashion resale marketplace, announced the appointment of Elizabeth von der Goltz as its first-ever chief revenue officer (CRO), effective in January, signaling a pivotal evolution in the company’s organizational strategy.

Von der Goltz will be tasked with unifying all commercial and marketing functions—including merchandising, partnerships, customer growth, and brand strategy—to create a cohesive revenue engine. This appointment marks the first time in Poshmark's history that it will employ active merchandising and curated assortments to redefine its brand and drive awareness.

CEO Namsun Kim stated that the move pairs Poshmark's core product and technology DNA with "commercial precision, creativity and brand strength," noting von der Goltz's rare blend of luxury fashion, digital retail, and global merchandising expertise from senior roles at Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, and Matches Fashion.

Von der Goltz expressed enthusiasm for joining the company at a moment when the future of retail is defined by social commerce and circular fashion, embracing the opportunity to bridge Poshmark's world-class technology with strategic merchandising to shape the next era of fashion resale.

The creation of the CRO role, alongside the recent hiring of a chief product officer, completes the next generation of Poshmark's leadership team.
