Rothy’s appoints Jenna Renfrew as chief product and merchandising officer

San Francisco-based sustainable footwear and accessories brand Rothy’s has named Jenna Renfrew as its chief product and merchandising officer. The appointment strengthens the senior leadership team as the company continues to invest in the product and commercial engine behind its next phase of growth.

Renfrew will report directly to Rothy’s chief executive officer, Dayna Quanbeck. She joins the brand from US retail giant Target, where she served as vice president of womenswear apparel merchandising and design collaborations for nearly a decade.

Integrated strategy to drive future expansion

In her new role, Renfrew will lead an integrated product strategy that brings together product development, production, merchandising, planning and collaborations. The unified approach aims to drive innovation, category expansion and long-term commercial performance.

By aligning these key functions under single leadership, Rothy’s intends to create a cohesive product assortment that connects brand vision with consumer demand and broader business growth.

Extensive retail background across global brands

Renfrew brings more than two decades of experience in product strategy, merchandising and brand growth. Throughout her career, she has held executive roles at major retail companies including Gap, Banana Republic and Nike. Her experience spans trend research, product development and merchandising across womenswear, menswear and kidswear categories.

At Rothy's, Renfrew will focus on translating consumer insights into commercial initiatives designed to build customer loyalty across brick and mortar, digital and social channels.
