The RealReal names new key hires

Luxury consignment e-tailer The Real Real has announced the appointment of Jun-Sheng Li as chief operating officer and Len Eschweiler as Chief Revenue Officer. With continued rapid year-over-year company growth, The RealReal's new executive team will be poised to help them continue growing as a company.

In his role as chief operating officer, Jun will focus on applying new technologies and processes to efficiently scale e-commerce center operations to keep up with the vast number of items the centers process on a daily basis. Jun will be instrumental in shaping The RealReal's business to the next level including opening new e-commerce centers.

Prior to joining The RealReal, Jun served as senior vice president of e-Commerce Supply Chain at Walmart. Earlier in his career, he also co-founded several businesses in the supply chain and logistics management sector including Transplace Inc., a third party logistics services company, and Adage SCM Technology and Services, which provided cloud computing technology services for supply chain and logistics management. He brings 25 years of deep expertise and knowledge to The RealReal.

In Len's new role as chief revenue officer, he will oversee the entire sales organization including The RealReal's direct and white glove sales channels. The position was created by The RealReal in response to the company's continued growth and expansion of its sales team across the country.

Prior to joining The RealReal, Len held senior sales leadership roles at Affirm and Amazon having scaled annual run rates in excess of 2 billion dollars. He brings 20 years of sales management, e-commerce, and executive leadership to The RealReal, with a proven track record of leading global sales efforts in North America, Europe and Asia.
