Los Angeles-based apparel brand Thomas Wylde recently hired a new creative director. Replacing Paula Thomas, the rebel brand hired Jene Park to fill the new spot.

Previously, Park acted as the label’s former chief operating officer. Park’s background in fashion sparks from her academic achievements as a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Park also previously worked at BCBG Max Azria Group and owned a product development business. She joined Thomas Wylde in 2006 as chief operating officer. Her first collection for the brand will launch on September 16 at New York Fashion Week.

The company started in 2006 headquartered in Los Angeles. Now, Thomas Wylde has over 120 accounts globally. The ready-to-wear and accessories luxury brand is known for their timeless homage to high-end rock and roll-inspired culture. The brand is currently in its 30th season and creates eight collections a year under two labels. The brand offers handbags, footwear, leather goods, apparel, and more. Retail prices average from 800 to 4,500 dollars for Thomas Wylde and from 150 to 850 dollars for Thomas Wylde Los Angeles.
