350-million-dollar retail and residential district planned for Chattanooga’s The Bend

Urban Story Ventures will begin the development of a 350-million-dollar retail and residential district in downtown Chattanooga, a city in southeastern Tennessee, in 2027 — the company announced on Tuesday, describing the open-air project as “a transformative, master-planned, mixed-use riverfront development spanning more than 120 acres along the Tennessee River.”
