Los Angeles-based label Alo Yoga is heading to Beverly Hills. The athletic performance brand is set to open its first flagship store.
Known for its vibrant, utilitarian activewear, the yoga-inspired brand offers affordable apparel in modish styles. Beverly Hills, part of the Los Angeles social scene, is known for its yoga-enthused locals. The emerging brand will take over a space on Brighton Way and North Canon Drive, according to LA Racked. The new spot was formerly Marimekko’s old space. The new boutique, according to the publication, will also feature a yoga and fitness studio, a juice bar, and more. The set date is not yet confirmed for its opening. The brand is currently available online at its e-commerce website.
Alo Yoga provides yoga pants, stylish loose tanks, trendy sports bras, cover-ups, and accessories. Prices vary from approximately 10 to 108 dollars depending on the article of clothing. Most of the brands’ clothing reflect the lifestyle of the average active Southern California. Inspired by fusing both fashion and lifestyle into the health-conscious mecca of Los Angeles, the Cali-based brand established itself as an apparel line in 2007. Each garment is created by a design team of yoga enthusiasts that is thoroughly tested to ensure fitting, high-quality apparel. Their targeted audience is aimed at those who participate in yoga, pilates, running, dancing and everyday workouts. The brand currently holds approximately 15 employees.
