Bailey44 opens first flagship in Newport Beach

Los Angeles - Bailey44 has finally joined retail by opening its first ever flagship. After launching ten years ago, the women’s chic brand just opened its doors to its Newport Beach boutique.

The e-tailer so far had been successful through pop-ups and its e-commerce site. After marking its first flagship, the California-based company confirmed plans in opening other retail stores. “We’re interested in building localized and customized stores,” chief executive officer Chris Tate told WWD. The new flagship spans 1,700 square feet and is located in shopping center Lido Marina Village. The new plaza, which also recently opened this year, has approximately 116,000 square feet full of boutiques and restaurants. Other retailers at Lido Marina Village include Clare V., Elyse Walker, and Planet Blue.

Bailey44’s showroom is located in Los Angeles, where the company was originally founded. The brand is completely designed and manufactured locally. Known for contemporary wear including eco-leather fabrics, stretchy silk, and jersey knit material; the brand has grown through its e-commerce site. Additionally, Bailey44 is available through Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
