Los Angeles - Modern lifestyle label BB Dakota is coming to Los Angeles temporarily. The bohemian label is launching a pop-up retail space this Thursday near the Ace Hotel located in downtown.
The boutique will open its doors for the one-day only retail space off of Broadway. The pop-up will also accompany Ace Hotel’s DJ event for January 28, as reported by Racked LA. The Los Angeles-based label is hosting the pop-up aligned with the brand’s Spring 2016 collection. The collection includes plaid print jackets, popover tops, relaxed pants all in a soft, neutral color palette. Prices for the label can range from around 120 dollars for a suede vest to 105 for a fringe poncho. On average, prices are around 100 dollars for an item of clothing.
The company is distributed throughout department stores and also through online e-commerce sites such as Revolve and Shopbop. The chic brand, which was founded in SoCal in 2008, is also available through its own eponymous online store. The company also houses two additional brands: denim brand Dakota Collective and contemporary brand Jack. Currently, the privately held company currently has 51-200 employees.
