Starting this Thursday, Beckley will host a pop-up shop at Decades, vintage shop, on Melrose Avenue.

The temporary boutique will endure starting June 12 and last until Sunday, June 14. The contemporary label emphasizes athletic layering pieces, feminine silhouettes, with a tomboy edge. The brand caters to the urban woman who dresses bohemian and chic. With lavish materials that are also functional, the brand offers mix-and-match wardrobe staples for any modern woman. Beckley’s collections are comprised of business-casual tanks, t-shirt dresses, jackets, rompers and more. The price for these pieces range from 170 to 975 dollars.

The pop-up will take place at Decades, urban contemporary vintage shop. The temporary boutique also offers hands-on events for its attendees including D-I-Y activities, drinks, and eateries. Starting on Thursday, the event will have featured guests such as Racked LA’s senior editor Natalie Alcala. Also Friendofafriend, lifestyle and fashion website, and cold treats eatery Sweet Rose Creamery will be popping in for the four-day event. Guests will be able to dine, learn, and shop.

Melissa Akkaway, designer and owner of Beckley, will be returning to Los Angeles since her store’s closure earlier this year. In January, Beckley Boutique closed its doors so that Akkaway could focus more on her label, according to LA Racked. “I want to put 100 percent of my time and energy into building my brand in a strategic way," owner Melissa Akkaway told the publication. In addition to Los Angeles, the brand has also hosted a pop-up shop in New York in April.
