Beyond Yoga opens New York pop-up in Flatiron District

Beyond Yoga is opening a pop-up shop in Manhattan's Flatiron District on September 18, its most significant retail presence in the city to date. The 2,300-square-foot space at 108 Fifth Avenue at 16th Street will run through early January.

New York is one of the brand's largest e-commerce markets. The pop-up follows a week-long Club Beyond experience the brand ran in the city in 2024.

"New York has long been one of our largest e-commerce markets and home to one of our most engaged communities, so establishing a physical presence here was an important next step for Beyond Yoga," said Nancy Green, chief executive officer of Beyond Yoga. "This pop-up allows our New York customers to experience the breadth of the brand in person, from discovering our latest collections and innovations to connecting with us through locally relevant experiences."

The store carries the brand's latest women's and men's collections across active, lifestyle and performance, including glowzone, a new high-sweat performance line the company describes as its most significant technical innovation to date. A limited-edition assortment of New York-specific merchandise will be sold only at this location.

Weekend movement classes will run on Saturdays and Sundays from September 19 to October 11, led by New York instructors and studios including Ali Brunson, SotoMethod, Pvolve, Jada Covington, Natural Pilates, DanceBody founder Katia Pryce, Stakt and Makena Diehl. Opening weekend on September 17 includes a coffee cart on Fifth Avenue, and customers who buy glowzone leggings receive a three-month SotoMethod digital membership.

The brand will also stage the first East Coast edition of Seek Beyond: Open Air on October 17. The event starts at the pop-up with a community run along the West Side Highway, ending at the Edge NYC sky deck with a live performance headlined by Natasha Bedingfield. Early-access tickets go on sale September, 19 with general admission from September 21.

Beyond Yoga recently opened stores in Manhattan Beach, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, with further locations planned for Denver, Colorado, and San Clemente, California, later this year.
