This week, a new women’s apparel and accessory boutique will join Atwater Village in Los Angeles. Common, known for its bohemian chic style, will be launching its flagship store on Glendale Boulevard on August 13.

The brand’s new location takes over Treehaus’ former spot. The apparel hub specializes in retro clothing with a touch of femininity in its silhouettes. The boutique will offer contemporary tees, boyfriend jeans, lace bralettes, slip dresses, and more. In late June, the boutique officialized its “soft opening.” It will open as a full fledged store this week with a grand opening that offers a 20 percent discount, tasty appetizers and libations. The store’s apparel ranges from dark denim bottoms, hip brim hats, high-waisted shorts, loose button-ups, and more.

Owners Beth Grobstein and sibling Jill Rumph started the Common brand to offer fashionable basicwear at affordable prices. Their label is curated by several different manufacturers using various, specific garments to create their effortless, comfortable apparel. Besides their in-house brand, the store offers Paige denim, Jill Michael Jewelry, and Hanky Panky undergarments. Although the emerging brand is relatively new, according to LA Racked the store already has a following among the moms of the local neighborhood.
